Having taken part in the VeChain community from the very start makes us true VeChain believers. Although the VeChain ecosystem is fascinating and keeps showing huge potential, what struck us most is the community of interest and the collective believe concerning the utilities of VeChainThor.
Nodes Made Accessible
Based on countless conversations with VeChainThor community members in combination with the growing hype around new ways of NFT staking, we noticed that the majority of the people we’ve spoken to, felt like VeChain was coming short on providing the community with new opportunities.
Although there is a variety of nodes available almost exclusively to VeChain holders, a serious amount of money is required to invest. Even for the “economic nodes” an amount of 1 million VET ($57.212 at current price) is required. We believe that the VeChainThor community deserves a more affordable, accessible and lucrative alternative.
Decisions Made By The Community
As VeChain community members, we are just like you. In order to keep that, we plan on converting our community to a DAO. Together as a community we will then decide on the fate of our node rewards.
Of course, as experts in the field of the NFT /(Master)nodes, we will continuously try to educate and consult our community so that our members will be capable of making informed decisions. Because in the end, all decisions will be made through a community voting.
Community Platforms
Although Twitter is an amazing platform that we can use to inform people about the latest developments of VeNodes, we believe that it is paramount to have a place where we can gather as a community to make friends, to make decisions, and to grow as a collective.
Although Telegram has proven to be an excellent medium to find each other, we believe that the growing potential of Discord is not to be ignored. Therefore, we will start building / preparing an organized Discord server where we will be able to meet each other, discuss about any topic, and tweak our compounding strategy so that it always matches the current market and the general sentiment of the community.
Community Voting
Due to ongoing stream of node benefits, new opportunities will frequently appear. With the use of periodic community votings we will decide on important investment strategies. For example:
